You are invited to the training course “Synergies between LEAN, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digitalisation solutions in production management”, funded by the EDIH project. The training is free of charge for the company.

More about the training:

  • You will learn how to strategically combine LEAN methodology, artificial intelligence technologies and other digitalisation solutions to optimise production processes and increase productivity. After the training, you will be able to develop a realistic and implementable digitalisation and artificial intelligence strategy for your company.
  • You will be introduced to practical AI solutions, including image recognition and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies, and learn how to apply these innovations to specific areas of production management, process automation, quality control and more. You will gain the skills to evaluate and select IoT and other digital tools according to your company’s needs.
  • You will learn how to analyse production processes using the LEAN methodology, identify challenges and opportunities, and effectively integrate digital solutions into daily operations. You will get concrete examples of how IoT and other solutions have been successfully applied in manufacturing companies, and the knowledge you gain will help you to optimise your existing IT systems and tools, maximise their return on investment, and avoid costly mistakes in the implementation of new technologies.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You must meet the following criteria for your registration to be confirmed and for you to be able to attend the training free of charge:

  • The company must be an SME;
  • The company must be registered in the region of Central and Western Lithuania;
  • The company must not be in financial difficulties.

In order to verify your company’s compliance with these requirements, we will ask you to fill in the following documents: single company declaration, SME declaration, agreement on the services received and the act of acceptance of the transfer of services.
